Here at 80:20, we have hard working employees, who are all orientated towards the success of the company. A great working environment has helped the company develop an impressive service system which in turn has seen the business flourish.

All our staff have been trained extensively to ensure the service we provide is top class, which has ranged from training for handling dangerous goods to office staff spending a day working in the warehouse in order to realise the whole process involved in the business and to achieve their full potential.

At 80:20 we have a diverse workforce, ranging from 23 year old student to 70 year old warehouse workman to undergraduate students. We feel that as long as you have the desire and are able to understand the business we are in you can work within our team.

Graduate trainee Kim Smith, 23, is combining study for a BA Hons degree in Business Management at Robert Gordon University with her role at 80:20. She said: "I had already been accepted for university prior to applying for the graduate role with 80:20 procurement services. However, this was a terrific opportunity to combine a business degree and working in a real-life commercial environment.
